Bat Killing Fungus D':

I'm so sad about an artical i read on Newser. It said that there is a fungus that gives bats white nose sindrom which causes them to act in unusal ways like flying in daylight. It was in a park called Mammoth Cave National Park, and it has killed over 6,000,000 bats already. I hope they find a cure soon.

Hibernating bats are seen in an abandoned mine in Rosendale, NY, in a February 2008 file photo. Hibernating bats are susceptible to white nose syndrome, a deadly fungus.
